Sonamarg and Ganderbal Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Sonmarg

Arrive in Sonmarg and check into a lakeside hotel in the evening. Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the famous Dal Lake. Overnight stay in Sonmarg.

Day 2

After breakfast, start the trek to Vishansar Lake, which is around 12 km from Sonmarg.
Enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys along the way.
Set up camp near Vishansar Lake and spend the evening exploring the area.
Overnight camping near Vishansar Lake.

Day 3

Vishansar Lake to Krishansar Lake

After breakfast, continue the trek to Krishansar Lake, which is located about 14 km from Vishansar Lake.
The trail passes through beautiful meadows and streams, offering breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. Set up camp near Krishansar Lake and spends the evening relaxing by the lake.
Overnight camping near Krishansar Lake.

Day 4

Krishansar Lake to Gangabal Lake

After breakfast, embark on the trek to Gangabal Lake, which is approximately 13 km from Krishansar Lake.
The trail passes through rocky terrains and offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks. Set up camp near Gangabal Lake and spend the evening exploring the area.
Overnight camping near Gangabal Lake.

Day 5

Gangabal Lake to Naranag and Departure

After breakfast, start the trek back to Naranag, which is about 15 km from Gangabal Lake.
Explore the ancient temples and ruins in Naranag.
Drive back to Srinagar for departure in the late afternoon/evening
